Job Description:
The Inside Sales Representative answers inbound calls as well as makes outbound calls to leads that have requested more information. Inside Sales Representatives provide prospective clients with a fair and unbiased consultation with regards to the prospect's microbusiness ideas and money-making goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prospective clients with a fair and professional consultation
  • Prepare and complete new client documentation
  • Answer email inquiries within 24 hours
  • Assist sales manager with training when requested
  • Complete daily and weekly trackers
  • Perform any other tasks upon sales manager's request
Required:
  • Previous phone sales experience
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ethical sales and work habits
Ideal:
  • College degree
  • Previous business ownership
  • Experience in selling subscription-based products

Job Description:
The Personal Microbusiness Coach provides clients with bi-weekly business coaching, tips, and motivation. The goal of every coaching session is to leave the client with a clear plan for making money while building a strong foundation for their microbusiness.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in making money within first 2-weeks of program
  • Assist clients in achieving personal goals within 6-months
  • Answer email inquiries within 24 hours
  • Assist sales manager with training when requested
  • Complete daily and weekly tracking devices
  • Perform any other tasks upon sales manager's request
Required:
  • Must own and operate a profitable microbusiness
  • Two years of experience in personal or business coaching
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ethical sales and work habits
Ideal:
  • Experience in using CRM systems
  • Previous small business ownership
  • College degree
